I represent clients in connection with a range of real estate financing structures, especially low income housing tax credits and other federal and state tax credits.
My Approach
To me, communication is one of the most important drivers of a deal – and that goes both ways. When I fully understand the end goal and objectives, I can put my head down and tailor my approach to suit that need. Similarly, a client can only make good decisions if they’re getting good information – I’ll always provide honest, thorough, and practical guidance. I love working hard for clients, in a way that makes sense for their goals.
Outside of work, I’m a sports guy – a huge football and basketball fan (Go Gophers!) and I also love golf.
