Before (and after) attending law school and obtaining my MBA, I worked as a consultant focused on helping client organizations pursue strategy and growth. Applying financial knowledge and strategy to structure the best deal for my clients brings me a great deal of personal satisfaction. I also understand that complex transactions often involve a bit of ambiguity. I am here to help my clients navigate that ambiguity in the smoothest manner possible, all while keeping the details, risk factors, and end goals top of mind.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family — we enjoy travelling together and spending as much time as we can outdoors. I also love to read, walk my chocolate lab (Walter), explore the Twin Cities food and coffee scene, and watch Minnesota sports teams and the Chicago Cubs whenever I can.
I represent financial institutions in commercial, construction, and real estate lending transactions, secured and unsecured financing, syndicated loans, and other banking and finance matters. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, I was a consultant and associate director for a healthcare organization, focusing on M&A strategy and business development expansion. I enjoy wading through the details and complexity of a transaction to find the best solution for my clients.
