I partner with my clients to close deals, solve problems, and position their businesses for long-term success. My practice is grounded in responsiveness, practical judgment, and delivering measurable value — whether negotiating complex transactions, protecting client interests in contentious matters, or helping clients seize new opportunities through strategic relationships. I focus on balancing business objectives with risk management, giving clients clear, actionable advice that allows them to make informed real-world decisions and move forward with confidence.
Away from work, I enjoy challenging myself as an avid cyclist and alpine skier, but my greatest joy comes from spending time with my two sons, our dog, and the family and friends who are most important.
My practice focuses on the areas of commercial financing, construction and real estate financing, secured transactions and creditors’ remedies. I routinely represent national, regional and community banks, joint venture groups, hedge funds and private equity funds, operating businesses and real estate owners, franchisees and developers in complex financing transactions across a broad range of industries and markets.
