My Approach
From a very young age, I watched my parents dedicate themselves to the business they started from nothing – I saw how hard they worked and how much they strove to make it successful. When I decided to pursue the law as my career, I knew that I wanted to work with business owners on transactional matters, to advocate for them and help them get the legal guidance they need to grow and achieve their goals.
I believe that the best way to work with businesses to make sure they get that guidance is clear communication, and an environment of support and understanding. In both my personal and professional life, every day my goal is to be the kind of person clients and friends trust to help shoulder their burdens.
Outside of work, I’m a sports fan and a dog lover – I enjoy watching soccer, baseball, and basketball games and rooting for the local teams. I also enjoy swimming, especially as a way to get exercise in the Midwest winter, and hiking with my dog, Lulu.

My Experience
I represent clients in business transactions, including corporate and mergers & acquisitions matters. Prior to attending law school, I had a career in digital media, and I enjoy bringing my skills in storytelling to help clients understand the legal perspectives of an M&A deal.
