I work with lenders, developers, investors and other industry partners to fund and build affordable housing and solar developments, both through generating tax credits and other methods of financing.
My Approach
Working in real estate finance, I appreciate that I can assist in complex transactions and help build up communities and our future. By representing lenders, investors and developers in both solar and housing development, I feel very blessed to be involved in helping get people in safe and affordable housing, as well as pushing forward energy production into a renewable and sustainable future. Such transactions can be complex webs of parties and financing, but I pride myself on staying calm, focused, and taking care of business for clients.
In my free time, I love being outdoors, especially biking, hiking or freediving in the ocean at any opportunity. I also enjoy board games, stand-up comedy and travel. Most recently, I spent some time in Lebanon, helping my grandfather tend to the family’s olive farm.
