I’ve always been curious about people, what motivates them, how they think, and what makes each of us different. That curiosity is a big part of what drew me to the legal profession, and it continues to shape how I approach my work today. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, taking the time to understand what matters most to them, and building meaningful relationships grounded in trust and a shared commitment to finding solutions.
Legal matters can be complicated, but I don’t believe the relationships behind them need to be. I value open communication, thoughtful collaboration, and taking the time to understand the individual perspectives and priorities that shape each matter.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, taking fitness classes, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy a good binge-worthy TV show from time-to-time.
I represent banks, financial institutions, and commercial lenders in a wide variety of financing transactions. Before joining Winthrop, I served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy Mulrooney in Ramsey County District Court, where I conducted extensive legal research, analyzed legal arguments, and worked closely with judges on a variety of legal matters. Drawing upon this experience, I understand that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to legal advice; each matter requires a custom-tailored solution.
