I represent developers, owners, and investors on real estate development and financing transactions, often involving federal and state tax credits. I have experience handling transaction closings, drafting and reviewing documents along the continuum of a development project, and dealing with title and survey issues.

Practicing law gives me the opportunity to tackle issues that have real-world impact, helping clients bring projects, investments, and communities to life. I strive to be the knowledgeable, trusted advisor who offers thoughtful guidance at every stage of a real estate transaction. My goal is to help clients achieve their goals.
Real estate deals require a cohesive effort to successfully reach closing. As a college rower, I was conditioned to work in sync with my teammates to keep the boat moving forward. That cooperation applies to real estate as much as it does on the water: everyone on all sides wants to keep the deal moving toward closing.
Outside of work, I’m an avid runner and I love to downhill ski. I try to ski some place new every season, the coolest so far being Cerro Castor, the southernmost ski resort in the world.
