I represent clients in a range of bankruptcy and creditors’ remedies matters, including financial arrangements, debt restructurings, and remedies. Prior to joining the firm, I served for one year as a Law Clerk in the Washington County District Court, and for two years in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.
My Approach
Over the years, I have learned a lot about the power of teamwork, and how much can be accomplished when a group of people know how to be highly efficient together. From my time playing hockey in the NHL, to my clerkships working closely with busy judges, I truly value how collaboration and communication can result in a tremendous product, and this is what I bring to my representation of clients every day. I work to understand the end goal and what my clients are trying to achieve, and figure out the best possible route to get them there.
There will always be a part of my life devoted to public service, from representing clients on a pro bono basis who could not otherwise afford to pay, to coaching high school hockey teams or volunteering in my community. Outside of work, I’m a dad and a husband, and a bad golfer who enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new foods, and exploring the North Shore.
