I enjoy combining my financial background with my legal knowledge to create opportunities for forward-thinking businesses. I spent three years as a CPA and senior financial services auditor at a Big Four accounting firm before starting my legal career. I set out to learn all things finance, and I found along the way that my true passion is serving clients on significant, complicated projects. Tax credit and incentives work is complex, and I am motivated to apply my legal skills, enhanced by a strong foundation in business, finance and accounting, toward developing strategic solutions for clients.
Outside work, I love camping with my wife, biking with my young boy, and making plenty of mistakes as a new homeowner on projects.
I represent clients in connection with specialty tax credits and incentives. I focus on matters involving Research & Development tax credits and those related to clean energy solutions, such as the Section 48C Advanced Energy Property tax credit. I blend my CPA experience with my legal knowledge to help clients maximize their opportunities to achieve their goals.
