I enjoy combining my financial background with my legal knowledge to create affordable housing projects for our communities. I spent three years as a CPA and senior financial services auditor at a Big Four accounting firm before starting my legal career. I set out to learn all things finance, and I found along the way that my true passion is serving clients on significant, complicated projects. Real estate tax credit financing work is complex, and I am motivated to apply my legal skills, enhanced by a strong foundation in business, finance and accounting, toward developing real solutions.
Outside work, I love camping with my wife, biking with my young boy, and making plenty of mistakes as a new homeowner on projects.
I represent clients in connection with real estate finance, particularly in matters involving affordable housing and low income housing tax credits. I blend my CPA experience with my legal knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.
