My Approach

I enjoy the structure and momentum of transactional work, where each step brings clients closer to achieving a meaningful business objective. There is something rewarding about working through the details, solving problems along the way, and helping create a clear path to a successful outcome. I bring that same mindset to every matter—understanding what success looks like for my clients and putting in the work necessary to help them achieve it.

I believe the best legal work comes from understanding both the technical requirements of a transaction and the broader goals behind it. Whether a project will support a growing business, revitalize a property, or provide valuable services to a community, I enjoy helping clients navigate the process and find practical solutions that move deals forward. I take pride in being thorough, prepared, and committed to delivering work product that clients can trust.

Outside the office, you’ll often find me gathering with friends for board games, Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, and the occasional cribbage match. I also share my family’s passion for motorcycles and enjoy exploring the open road on my cruiser.
