Growing up in my family’s construction business, I have always known that I wanted to be a part of the real estate world. I love being able to physically see the result of my work, and to be able to help clients with making their goals a reality. While working on the tax side, I like knowing that the Tax Code can provide the answer to most questions. By being meticulous and thorough, there is certainty that we can come up with that answer.
Outside of work, I love traveling and doing anything active – I just ran my first marathon, and play tennis, bike, hike, and surf.
Practicing Tax Credit Financing & Syndication
I work with clients in the tax credit area, including low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and solar tax credits. With my experience on both the developer and investor side, I am able to advise clients with perspective to make sure their goals are achieved and projects get to closing.
