My Approach
I represent investors, syndicators, and sponsors with the development of, and investment in, renewable energy projects focusing on project finance and tax. My representation includes technologies such as utility scale solar and energy storage, distributed generation solar farms, renewable natural gas, and wind. On these transactions I work with clients to be an extension of their team and find avenues in the transaction that they might not have otherwise found. The renewable energy market is a growing market where you see repeat players, including sponsors, attorneys, lenders, and capital providers, and I aim to participate in deals where the parties are ready to do business together again. The space is not “win or lose” and I try to make sure that all sides of the transaction leave with the mindset that they got a good deal.
Outside of my professional career, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and doing anything active – playing tennis, biking, hiking, and surfing.

My Experience
I work with clients in the tax credit area, including low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and solar tax credits. With my experience on both the developer and investor side, I am able to advise clients with perspective to make sure their goals are achieved and projects get to closing.
