My Approach
In complex tax credit legal work, going through the motions just isn’t going to cut it. It’s important to me that everything I undertake, I do as well as I possibly can. That means being willing to put the time in, serving as a true advisor to my clients and being attentive to their business needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, going on hikes, trying new restaurants around the city, working on my golf game, and watching sports, especially my Iowa Hawkeyes.

My Experience
I represent clients in realizing and obtaining tax credits and incentives for their projects, to help ensure their goals get accomplished in a timely manner. I have experience working in affordable housing tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, opportunity zones, and more. Prior to joining the firm, I was a Senior Tax Consultant with a Big Four accounting firm, consulting on various restructurings, reorganizations, and other tax planning projects for corporate and flow-through entities.
