MINNEAPOLIS – September 9, 2025. Attorney Atle Saterbak has joined Winthrop & Weinstine as an associate in its Creditors’ Remedies, Bankruptcy & Work-Out practice. Atle previously served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kesha Tanabe, United States Bankruptcy Court, where he had the opportunity to observe numerous bankruptcy and adversary proceedings and support Judge Tanabe with her legal research. He also gained valuable experience as the Student Director of the University of Minnesota Law School’s Bankruptcy Clinic, where he prepared bankruptcy petitions and represented pro bono clients in Chapter 7 § 341 meetings of creditors.

Atle represents debtors and creditors, secured and unsecured, including banks and other financial institutions, lenders, receivers, and businesses on all types of creditors’ rights, workouts, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.
