MINNEAPOLIS — April 30, 2025. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. is pleased to welcome five new attorneys and professionals to the firm, with three joining our esteemed Corporate & Transactions practice.
Emily E. Davis joins the firm as a Paralegal in our Commercial Lending practice. Emily provides legal support to our attorneys and clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction. She received her Paralegal Certification from North Hennepin Community College, her Master of Public Administration from Hamline University, and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Jason A. Kise joins the firm as an Associate in our Corporate & Transactions practice. Jason represents investors, emerging and established companies, and non-profit clients on matters of corporate governance, commercial contracting, M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and non-profit-related matters. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his B.S., with High Distinction, from the University of Minnesota.
Gabrielle J. Martone joins the firm as an Associate in our Corporate & Transactions practice. She represents entrepreneurs and closely-held businesses across a broad range of industries on matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities inquiries, financing, restructuring, and other strategic transactions. Gabrielle received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, cum laude, and her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Kevin A. Sandoval joins the firm as an Associate in our Commercial Lending and Real Estate Development & Financing practices. Kevin represents financial institutions, owners, developers, and others on matters of corporate diligence, real estate finance, and real estate development, with a particular focus on affordable housing development and finance. Kevin received his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Dallas.
Hannah M. Weber joins the firm as an Associate in our Corporate & Transactions practice. Hannah represents for-profit and non-profit businesses in matters of corporate governance, day-to-day business counsel, employment matters, mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other strategic ventures. She also counsels non-profit organizations on corporate structuring and obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status. Hannah received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
