My Approach
I started my career at Winthrop & Weinstine in 2006. I learned by doing, having worked in about every role in the Accounting Department over my tenure. As Director of Finance, I work closely with both systems and people to keep the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department running. My focus is on the implementation and maintenance of several software tools that help automate accounting functions and promote efficiency.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and worked in various accounting roles in the Manufacturing industry prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine.
Outside the office I enjoy being active outdoors – walking, running, biking and flower gardening, as well as spending time with my family or baking treats for them.
