My Approach
I joined Winthrop & Weinstine in 2004, and work with attorneys in the commercial lending and franchise transaction areas. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management with a B.S. degree in Business Management/Marketing.
I work closely with Winthrop & Weinstine’s Commercial Lending group, performing a variety of tasks including drafting and maintaining closing checklists, title and survey review, drafting loan documents, amendments, certificates of authority, UCC Financing Statements and UCC summaries, as well as attending to post-closing matters such as the recording of mortgages, mortgage modification agreements, mortgage satisfactions, Certificates of Real Estate Value, assignments of life insurance policies and vehicle liens.
In addition, I assist the firm’s Franchise Transaction group with documenting and closing franchise acquisitions and commercial loan facilities, drafting authority documents and attending to closing matters.
