I represent clients in connection with securities and corporate finance matters. Prior to entering private practice, I interned at the Federal Trade Commission, and spent more than four years in various roles at a regional bank in Dubai.
My Approach
The financial world is constantly dynamic and evolving, and right now is an especially exciting time. I am passionate about advising clients through all the nuances involved, and helping them adapt to these changes in a way that makes sense for their businesses. I know how important it is to be flexible and accepting of change, especially when it comes to the financial industry – and I make sure to deliberate and give deep thought to all of the options available to help my clients make the most informed decision.
I am also committed to giving back to my community through pro bono legal work – it’s very important to me, and the culture of pro bono work in the legal community is one of the reasons I was interested in becoming a lawyer.
Outside of work, I love to practice mindfulness and yoga, as well as cooking and running. I also enjoy experiencing other cultures and love traveling to different countries.
