My Approach
I represent mortgage lending clients in driving transactions through to closing. In the very fast-paced and busy world in which my clients operate, I work to be available to my clients knowing that they can’t always wait for an answer or a solution on a deal with a ticking clock. I partner with clients to make sure all pieces come together in order to close the transaction. I enjoy working as part of a team, both internally and with my clients, to ensure the deal gets done.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with friends and family. I tend to have a busy social calendar, filled with a lot of time with family and friends, as well as attending live music, plays, and other events.

My Experience
I primarily represent mortgage lending clients in commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States with agency financing. Specifically, I work with clients who originate and service loans through the Fannie Mae multifamily housing programs. I work to ensure compliance with agency guidelines before and after closing. In addition, I represent borrowers in HUD refinance and interest rate reduction transactions.
My past experience includes general real estate transactions, foreclosures, leasing, litigation, representation of homeowner’s associations, and creditor’s remedies.
Representative Matters
- Represented lender in over 100 Fannie Mae financing transactions all over the county, including a 17.3 M transaction in Arizona, a 24.8 M transaction in Ohio, and a 23.9 M transaction in Arkansas.
- Represented borrower in a HUD 223f refinance in Colorado.
- Represented borrowers in numerous HUD interest rate reduction transactions.
- Represented landlords in lease negotiations.
- Represented numerous homeowner’s associations in assessment collection actions and judicial foreclosures.
