Paul K. Manda is an associate in the
Real Estate practice group at Winthrop & Weinstine. While in law
school, Paul was an intern in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal
Revenue Service and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael J.
Gableman of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Paul also worked in Washington
University School of Law’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he assisted low
income taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to
joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Paul worked for a large private wealth
management firm in Chicago, Illinois.
earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University School of Law
in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the Chief Primary Editor for the Washington
University Journal of Law and Policy
and received an Outstanding Brief
Award in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition. He earned his B.A. in
Mathematics and Economics from Wheaton College in Illinois.
