Mark joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1986 and is a shareholder. He represents numerous emerging growth companies with their corporate and commercial law needs with an emphasis on representing sellers and buyers in merger and acquisition transactions. Mark structures, negotiates, manages, documents and closes complex commercial transactions. His experience in the general corporate areas include licensing, manufacturing and distribution arrangements, compensation options and alternatives, counseling closely held and family owned businesses and providing advice and counsel regarding choice of entity decisions and related new venture organizations.
