Experience
Laura Pfeiffer is a shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine, and co-chair of the firm’s Employment Law department. She practices in the area of employment law and commercial litigation, advising and representing clients on employment laws and regulations. Laura has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial and employment-related disputes, including discrimination issues, breach of contract claims, non-competition covenants, trade secret claims, franchise claims, and other business disputes. She has handled countless administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and similar state agencies throughout the country, and regularly trains employers on employment law issues.
