Justice Lindell is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer who aggressively represents his clients during some of their most arduous times. He has represented businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies, in complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts, and in high-risk, bet-the-company situations.

Justice partners with his clients, serving as an advocate and counselor in the boardroom as well as the courtroom. He works to develop a clear understanding of their risk exposure and long- and short-term business objectives, and maintains a close relationship with them to accommodate their evolving needs. His practice of active, open communication and collaboration allows him to advise on planning for and effectively achieving his clients’ goals. He works closely with them to mitigate or avoid future issues with a clear focus on providing cost-effective, customized representation.

Justice represents clients nationally in a broad range of products and services industries including consumer goods, insurance, banking, medical devices, real estate, construction, and equipment leasing.  In addition, he has built strong relationships with local Native American communities and represents them in business disputes and tribal court proceedings.

Justice has significant experience addressing issues that frequently arise, including supply-chain relationships and management, dealer/distributor/sales representative relationships, and manufacturing. He has also successfully handled, for plaintiffs and defendants, claims involving breach of warranty, product liability, patent and trademark infringement, territory disputes, breach of contract issues, and field failures, even catastrophic ones.

Justice also represents clients in resolving workplace issues including employee and employer disputes, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination suits, compensation disputes, and whistleblower and non-compete litigation. In addition to leading litigation teams, Justice frequently advises on business matters and negotiating out-of-court dispute resolution.

Justice has been recognized as a "Local Litigation Star" by Benchmark Litigation, and as a rising star by Minnesota Super Lawyers®.
