Jacob B. Sellers provides a wide
variety of services to his clients across a broad spectrum of legal

Out of all his areas of practice, Jacob focuses on
creditors’ remedies. His expertise revolves around out-of-court workouts, receiverships and all facets of
Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. Jacob also has substantial and broad
commercial litigation experience in variety of areas, including financial
services litigation, shareholder litigation and franchise litigation.

representing purchasers in the acquisition of distressed assets both in and out
of the bankruptcy context. He utilizes
