Chris is a shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., with proven expertise in creditors' remedies and bankruptcy law. Chris represents secured and unsecured creditors in the key areas of foreclosures, receiverships, bankruptcy, banking litigation, Article-9 transactions, and liquidations.  He also represents landlords and title companies in disputes involving real estate.

Chris is also developing a niche practice in the area of action sports, representing clients such as Factory Connection Racing and Alias MX in the motocross and supercross industries.
