Amber L. Kraemer is an associate in the Banking &
Finance and Corporate practices, representing banks and companies of all sizes
on a wide range of matters. Prior to joining the firm, Amber served as a
summer associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, gaining experience drafting agreements and forming entities. She also served as a legal extern to a large national bank, where she was responsible for researching legal questions, preparing legal memoranda and drafting a range of legal documents, as well as assisting with preparing the annual proxy statement.
earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude.
While in law school, Amber served as President of the Business Law Association and participated in the Business Law Clinic. She was also the Executive Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
Amber received her B.A. in Sociology of Law, summa cum laude, from the
University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she served on the Ethics Board for
the University of Minnesota Office for Fraternity and Sorority Life, and served
as a mentor to students deciding on an academic path.
