Benchmark Litigation 2015 Recognized Winthrop & Weinstine as "Highly Recommended"
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — November 4, 2014. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that the firm has been listed as a “Highly Recommended” litigation firm in Benchmark Litigation, the only publication to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. In addition, 11 individual attorneys from Winthrop & Weinstine were ranked as “Local Litigation Stars” and five attorneys were named as “Future Stars.”

“We are very pleased that Benchmark has once again ranked us as ‘highly recommended’ for our litigation prowess. Whether advocating in the courtroom or strategizing in the boardroom, our litigation attorneys pride themselves on understanding, and helping formulate, our client’s litigation goals from a holistic business vantage point,” according to Litigation Chair Jeffrey Ansel.

The firm received outstanding praise from clients, one of whom reported, “We use them consistently because they provide extraordinarily responsive, timely and effective legal guidance with the high ethical standards we demand of our counsel and with tireless dedication to optimum outcomes.”

Attorneys Devan Padmanabhan, Brooks Poley and Robert Weinstine were specifically mentioned for recent landmark cases.

Benchmark Litigation identified the leading U.S. trial attorneys and firms at the local and national levels. Focused exclusively on the U.S. litigation market, the publication’s rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Supplementary firm information is also submitted in the form of a questionnaire. The guide’s “local litigation stars” reflect lawyers who are recommended by clients and peers to have established consistent reputations as trial attorneys, while “future stars” are those litigators who are highlighted as likely to be become “local litigation stars” in coming editions.
