Tom Hanson on Minnesota's Lessons from the Recession

Lobbyist Tom Hanson was interviewed for an editorial in the Pioneer Press on the lessons learned from the recession in Minnesota. Tom, as the former Minnesota Management and Budget under former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, says “the administration’s philosophy was to avoid taking actions ‘the would harm a recovery when it came’” (qtd. in Minnesota’s recession lessons).
