has joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., as an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation
and Creditors’ Remedies & Bankruptcy Law
Within his litigation practice, he has experience working with clients in the construction, real estate, and insurance industries and has handled cases involving contract law, tort law, title insurance, construction defects, suits to quiet title, mechanic’s lien actions, lender liability defense, TILA, FDCPA, and FCRA. Justin has counseled and advocated on behalf of clients in state, federal, district, and bankruptcy courts, as well as in mediations and arbitrations.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a shareholder at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Dallas, TX. He received his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law, his M.B.A. from the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business and his B.A. from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.
