Winthrop & Weinstine's Aimée D. Dayhoff Chosen as One of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's "40 Under Forty"

Minneapolis, MN – March 18, 2011. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is excited to announce that Aimée D. Dayhoff has been chosen as one of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2011 “40 Under Forty.” 40 Under Forty is a list of the Twin Cities' sharpest, most successful professionals under 40 years old. Each year, the publication receives hundreds of nominations and this year was no different, as the Business Journal editors received a record number. They chose those who have already accomplished tremendous things and are poised to leave their mark on the Twin Cities for years to come.

This year's honorees were selected based on professional achievements, community service and diversity. Many of this year's nominations met and exceeded these qualifications, and great potential was seen in all of them. The “40 Under Forty” was announced on the Business Journal's website and in print in today’s issue. To view Aimée’s profile online, click here.

Aimée is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation and Employment groups and actively counsels clients in business, commercial and employment litigation. She also helps clients work through increased problems associated with matters relating to foreclosures and appointments of receivers. She frequently represents privately held companies and executive level employees in disputes arising from breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, non-compete or retaliation claims.

Aimée is not only an active leader in the courtroom, but at the firm and in the community, as well. She serves as a firm representative for the Law Firm Alliance, a network of law firms located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the European Union. She represents Minnesota, is one of the youngest members of the group, and is one of four women representatives. Within the firm, Aimée currently has leadership positions on the Diversity Committee, Community Service Committee, Marketing Committee and Recruiting Committee.

She is a graduate of William Mitchell College of law, magna cum laude, and currently resides in Minneapolis with her husband and two children.
