Ryan Crayne & Clayton Chan Author Minnesota Estate Planning Practice Manual
MINNEAPOLIS, MN—May 28, 2009. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., Estate Planning attorneys Ryan K. Crayne and Clayton W. Chan have authored a book entitled Minnesota Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Library: Forms and Practice Manual. The work, a practical forms and practice manual for practitioners familiar with the essentials of estate planning and taxation, will be published in July 2009 and be available through Data Trace Publishing Company.

Authors Ryan Crayne and Clayton Chan are attorneys at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., a leading Twin Cities law firm based in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Crayne is a shareholder whose practice focuses on estate planning, insurance planning, probate, and trust law. He has authored several articles in the area of taxation and is a member of many professional associations, including the Iowa and South Dakota Societies of CPAs and the Ramsey County Bar Association, where he served as past cochair of the Tax Section. 
Mr. Chan is a shareholder with Winthrop & Weinstine.  He practices in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, elder law, and tax law, and focuses on helping clients reduce their estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxes.  Mr. Chan also chairs the Diversity Committee at Winthrop and he cochairs the Probate and Trust Law Section for the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota.
