I really like the size of the law firm; it's big enough to have some truly qualified attorneys in the areas I need, but not so large to have a high degree of infrastructure that adds costs without value.

"Taste Infrigement" by Stephen R. Baird Appears in iP Frontline

An article written by trademark attorney Stephen R. Baird appeared in iP Frontline, an intellectual property and technology online magazine. In “Taste Infringement,” Steve discusses the non-traditional trademarks of flavor and taste. While no trademark applications have been granted for food or drink, flavor trademarks have been granted for products not meant for human consumption.

The article was originally published on Winthrop & Weinstine’s intellectual property blog, DuetsBlog, and was expanded for iP Frontline.
