Health Law attorney Gerald Fornwald will speak on "Between a Rock and a Hard Place: Balancing 42 CFR Part 2 With Daily Health Care Operations" at the 15th Annual Washington Health Law Summit in Washington, DC on December 4, 2017.

Is true modernization on the horizon? If so, what changes are coming?
